Teaching activities
From 1995 to 2000, she was an Assitant Professor with La Rochelle University.
Since 2000, Nathalie Thomas has been an Assitant Professor with the
National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (ENSEEIHT - University of Toulouse) in the
Department of Telecommunications & Networks. She is involved in the
teaching of the following lectures:

- Deterministic and random signals.
- Correlation functions.
- Fourier transform, Power Spectral density.
- Linear Filtering.
Basics of Digital Signal Processing
- Digital Estimations for correlation functions.
- Fast Fourier Transform.
- Digital Linear Filtering: FIR and IIR synthesis.
Basics of Digital Communications
- Digital transmission over baseband channel: spectral efficiency,
Nyquist criteria, matched filtering, performances.
- Digital transmission over bandpass channel: linear
modulation schemes, complex envelope, spectral
efficiency, performances, a few on non linear modulations.
OFDM Modulation
- Principles: subcarrier orthogonality, implementation using
iFFT/FFT, cyclic prefix.
- Synchronization of an OFDM transmission, Peak to Average Power
Ratio issue.
Telecommunication standards including OFDM modulation
